I really enjoyed this sauna while it was open, but they shut down without warning and gave no refund for the month I had already paid for or the credits I had accumulated. Corporate ignored both emails and calls. Your contract is with the specific location, not corporate, so don't expect them to step in if something goes wrong. Had to dispute the charges and probably won't use Perspire again.
Was originally loving it - and still highly recommend infrared saunas for your health. But they temporarily closed this location and the two other locations near me around the same time and did not offer any money back on my unlimited membership that still had two weeks left.. despite the fact that I walked here and the nearest location was then, because of the simultaneous closings, 40+ minutes away. Rude.
Highly recommend going and trying it out! Your first session is only $20. The sauna was lovely - it heats you up instead of a stifling hot room. Also, I swear I anti-aged with my first visit!
Love the private rooms and entertainment. Customer service is also a plus.
