I surprised my sister for her birthday with a session and she loved it!!!! 🥰🥰🥰 The space and ambience is beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. Quenell & Abby were amazing. They made the experience so special! Both me and my sister felt so relaxed after the session. I felt like a weight was lifted mentally and physically it helped my cerebral palsy. I noticed the pain and stiffness in my legs was gone. We both want to schedule another session.
Very very disappointing experience with this location and the manager Zoe. I purchased a monthly pack of 8 visits and was specifically told at the front desk that these would be available for up to 90 days, even without renewing the membership. After not renewing, I was then informed that any unused visits immediately expire and there’s “nothing they can do” to rectify. I had a decent experience at first, but their subscription policy is incredibly deceptive. The app clearly states that your subscription expires on a certain date, yet they auto-renew without any clear warning, essentially locking you into another month without letting you know. When I reached out for a refund, they refused, despite the misleading nature of their renewal process. This kind of business practice feels dishonest. If you value transparency and fair treatment, stay far away from this place. Only care about money!
The staff is incredible and Ryan and Zoe are very knowledgeable and so friendly. It’s a pleasure coming here every other day . Love this place !
