Absolutely awesome experience. Felt great afterwards. Facility is clean and easy to use. Very comfortable. Robin was great and 100% focused on me having a positive experience. I will for sure either be buying a package or getting membership. My health is too important
Clean space, easy online booking, sauna delivers, lots of towels, sound system/TV with plenty of options, lovely eucalyptus washcloth for a refresh, handy shower with optional snow shower for a "cold plunge"
Perspire is a great place to develop a more intimate understanding of your overall wellness and how you utilize the space can make your experience deeply meditative or energizing and therapeutic. I think the concept is great, but the logistics of multi-member utilization and last minute scheduling obligations aren't fully thought out (even with all of their locations across the country??) Tried a private infrared sauna session at Perspire yesterday evening and it was honestly a great experience. The setup itself is next level — completely private room with a TV, so you can just relax and zone out during the session. The infrared heat feels deep but comfortable, not overwhelming like traditional saunas.
