Perspire is a great place to develop a more intimate understanding of your overall wellness and how you utilize the space can make your experience deeply meditative or energizing and therapeutic. I think the concept is great, but the logistics of multi-member utilization and last minute scheduling obligations aren't fully thought out (even with all of their locations across the country??) Tried a private infrared sauna session at Perspire yesterday evening and it was honestly a great experience. The setup itself is next level — completely private room with a TV, so you can just relax and zone out during the session. The infrared heat feels deep but comfortable, not overwhelming like traditional saunas.
