Pleasing ambiance, soothing for naturally anxious, and relaxation found at Perspire Sauna Studio. Very, very hygienic and talkative, comfortable attendants and concierge. Highly recommended after trying: jacuzzis; deep water aerobic therapy; lap swims in icy cold pools; treading water in Rio Grande River; dips in Lake Itasca and Lake Malawi; and other aquatic adventures. The staff here are AMAZING! Quick to reply, always accommodating & they make you feel like a member, rather than just another credit card. Sauna set up is lovely - large, private stalls, half of which have a shower & the refreshing eucalyptus towel is a nice touch :) The HALO therapy is a must if you’re feeling any sort of congestion. You won’t regret giving Perspire Sauna a try!
