I've been sweating it out for over a year now, and my body, joints, skin, and overall well-being have totally transformed. My left shoulder is the biggest change – a year ago, I could barely reach behind my head, and touching the middle of my back was impossible. After about 4 months of going once a week, I can now reach the center of my back without any shoulder pain. I can also tell when I don't go, I feel a major difference.
Perspire sauna always exceeds my expectations. The saunas are good sized, clean and have the perfect settings. Michael and Taylor are wonderful and have excellent customer service. Michael made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
I have tried 3 infrared saunas in this area thus far and this one is TOP TIER. The effect of these lights vs the other’s that only have the two squares is noticeably more effective. I feel better for days vs a few hours. It is also so clean, has snacks and drinks that are made for this type of treatment & the staff has always been so so friendly and informative. Great place. Always friendly staff, clean and well maintained. Highly recommend if you are looking for an infrared sauna. And always free, convenient parking in parking garage.
