I'm not getting help I need right now. I just got sent to my case manager's voice mail, then got another person with severe lack of empathy offering for me to wait until tomorrow or leave another voicemail with my case manager. I am now searching for options and calling counselors on my own because I don't care how expensive at this point even if money is a serious issue in my household.
