Bad experience with the optician who had earlier this year charged our insurance for a frame that was under warranty without my approval. When questioned, the optician called me a liar and gave false information and hung up. Then Loretta came on the phone and explained politely that they don't need my business and they can't do anything now for what happened in Feb. I got same day appointment and did not have any issues with the doctor but I am unlikely to return to them. Unlikely as in no chance.

Did NOT like being told by the help (Loretta) and the doctor that "we don't care" after asking why my lenses had taken almost 4 weeks to get done (and I still don't have them). They threatened to call the police on my husband (who is black) when he questioned the doctor about their terrible disposition towards a patient (A patient of over 3 years!) I felt mistreated to the point of malpractice and my husband was certainly discriminated against!
