First, shame on me. I came once and had a bad experience, but decided to give it another shot a year or so later based on reviews. The whole experience was frustrating. I asked for a scissor cut, but the barber kept insisting on using clippers, despite me clearly saying NO several times. He kept asking “why?” after each answer, like I had to justify my choice. Shawn gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Growing it out was such a long process that I was hesitant to let anyone touch it, but he listens, communicates, and is just really talented, bottom line. I found my new spot/ go-to guy!
