The employees are great. However, this base needs to have a location on the Ops side as well. It's ridiculous that they don't. Especially with the long wait times.
Went this morning to update my CAC card and the gentleman assisting me was very unprofessional and rude. Talking about me to his supervisor and I’m barely out of the entry way. That’s ridiculous. I’ll just update my CAC card at my next command because I don’t feel comfortable returning to this location.
I needed a new ID Card. Customer Service was impeccable. I had an appointment, arrived early and was seen right away.
