Very nice service and people
This place starts out great coordinator contact you for next box go over the medicine with you . Them all of sudden they just leave you hanging . My sister and mom been out of medicine for almost two weeks . I finally gave up on this place . Seems to be a problem with the company and keeping staff. You get a new coordinator every month. The longest I had same girl was two months. Now she gone. I would go with this company if you don't have too.
Is there a way to do no stars? This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My in-laws are without medication, I have left 3 messages, their website is down and no one will call back. Last month they were out of 5 basic over the counter medications. Go find another company for your online medications.
In recent months service has declined. The Coordinator isn't helpful. Critical meds are not arriving on time and when I ask to speak to a supervisor the coordinator says they are busy and that she'll send them an email to call me. The call never comes. My texts are left unanswered and I wait over 30 minutes on hold.
