If I could give zero stars I would!!!! They are horrible!!!! I used them for my father in law for about a year and the past 6-7 months have been mentally exhausting!! Every single one of their numbers are either disconnected or just ring and ring and ring and then disconnect you! They constantly get the billing wrong and automatically charge your card higher amounts and don’t get your approval. 4 months with them and they only sent me two shipments. Left me hanging with the last two. So disappointed with them and went back to my old pharmacy. They were very undependable, sad to say.
I think this pharmacy is going out of business...too many issues with their system being down, no one is answering the phone, the person that helps my mom never answers the phone. Patients need answers and if this pharmacy cant send meds or answer phones then send all meds for patients back to the pharmacy they were using before!! DISGUSTING
I have been with them for about a year now and have had a few small issues mainly around them not communicating meds that were unavilable. December 2025 i found out 1 day before my shipment was due to arive that their shipping system was down and i needed all of my meds to be filled locally. The last I heard from my PCC was december 23rd 2025. I have been reaching out since then to discuss medication changes and an urgent need for a fill on a new heart medication. We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Personal RX. They completely dropped the ball on my dad’s medication, which is unacceptable for a company that handles critical prescriptions. My dad ran out of medication, and over the course of three days we called six or seven times, leaving messages with customer service, and received no call back.
