I didn't actually have any work done, but I called in for estimates on alterations. The woman who answered the phone answered my questions in a way that told me she was annoyed with my questions and could care less about my business. When asking about turn around on my alterations she was snappy like she was offended I didn't like her first estimate of 3-4 weeks, again acting like my business was worthless. i was very disappointed with my bridesmaid dress alterations. i had a halter top, empire waist, floor-length dress. we chose the dress for the modesty in regards to cleavage. when i picked up the dress three days before the wedding, my chest was barely contained and i could not dance at the reception without changing clothes. the dress was so tight that, when i bent down, the clasp above the zipper had torn off. i could not breathe and was very uncomfortable. i had several re-fits and because it was so close to the wedding d... read more
