Two weeks ago I was shopping for a new gym and I went into PWC. My plan wasn’t to sign up but just shop around. I was greeted by Mary who was super friendly and she showed me around. These guys do personal training right way. They’ve got very good equipment, very good people. Jordan Duncan in particular does great - gets the most out of me and pushes me in a very nice way to get better.
I had to cancel my membership due to owner locking me out over a $20 mistake. I paid for my membership in full in advance. He forgot to charge me the annual equipment fee when I paid. Instead of admitting his mistake and waiving the fee( keep in mind I was paid in full) my fob was deactivated which denied me access) I got a letter from owner indicating that $20 shouldn’t mean that much to me- He completely missed the point- I paid what they told me to pay and the mistake was… See more
