The name gets it right. The personalized and individual attention that they give you is what makes the difference for me. When I come in they make me feel like part of a family and I know they care. Sitting down one on one and talking about my day/week/weekend and the challanges that I face makes it easy to work out a plan to have that dinner out, go to a party, etc. and still stick to healthy choices. They do not use any special foods, just regular food from the grocery store. Following their plan works!
