Thy have been literally a phone call away whether I'm out of town, etc to resolve minor problems, etc The Oticon hearing aids Dr Jagacki recommended allows me to sync with a small tv box allowing me to enjoy & hear all words! Phone calls stream to the hearing aids too, no more "what did you say"!!!!! Highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!
