They do nothing. Take $$ and do not address the problem.
This company is the worst property management, I have ever seen so far. They charge basically 300 dollars a month. While the roads and parking lots are falling apart. The pool is not always kept clean. Safety issues when they open the pool with no ladder for people to get out of the deep end. Storage gets flooded and full of mold. The organization itself is very unorganized. It can be very dramatic dealing with them; the conversations we have had with the office have been unpleasant as they are very biased and rude. They could definitely do a better job and learn to provide better customer service. Maintenance consists of one man who does good work but is overly extended (overseeing multiple dated buildings and providing snow removal along with 24 hour emergency service with limited resources).
