We had an issue with our door and couldn’t get the car out and JR arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, got the car out and was back same day with the parts required to fix the issue. Personality garage doors made and installed our wooden garage door and automatic opener 16 years ago. Last Friday when I called for help with replacing the automatic opener motor they were really helpful and it was replaced the next day in about an hour.
