Hired my Son who is in his 2nd year at Western Michigan University Student 2 weeks ago. Yelled at him if he asked questions on how to repair something and yelled at him if he asked another staff member a question. He fired him this week because of this. He just went to pick up his final check and he would not give it to him, said he will mail it. After reading reviews from several past customers, how he takes used parts and charges new part prices. I highly recommend Personal Watercraft for any jet ski repairs. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced and have a personable staff.
Put in used parts and charged me for new ones.......I will never go to this place again!!

Very personable and friendly staff. Brought my seadoo's in for some work, did work on both of them, had to bring one back because the new part was bad, swapped it out in short order, no problem. Would much rather take them here vs a large motor sports dealer. Thanks!
