I’ve been training at Personal Trainer Southsea for the last three months. When I started, I hadn’t exercised for 5 months. The team are really friendly and encouraging. Ani, Simi and the rest of the team are fun to train with, the workouts are challenging but set at my level. I feel like my fitness has improved and I’m progressing. 5 stars ! Amazing gym- so glad I started here 4 months ago. Such a friendly warm and fun place . The training is excellent and I am so pleased at my progress. Most of all I enjoy coming here. I am 72 so it was a challenge for me but I am so much fitter and more positive now . Wish I 'd done it years ago.
I started with PTS back in March, I never really liked the gym or felt confident enough to go, and to be honest in my first session I wasn’t expecting to ever go back. But I felt so welcomed and so free of judgement I haven’t looked back since I’ve been. Everyone is so lovely, the gym is so comfortable and I couldn’t recommend enough to anyone who feels a bit embarassed or nervous to start the gym!! Xxx
My experience at this gym has been great from day one. Simi is very professional, takes time to understand what I need and is very friendly and supportive. I thoroughly recommend Simi and the rest of the team.
