rude Manager no customer service skills whatsoever
Do not purchase the unlimited car wash plan! Their website states it is simple to cancel at any time yet they will not cancel your plan, they will not reply to emails, they will not answer their phone, and they will continue to charge your card. I have to place a formal complaint with the BBB and dispute the transaction with my bank. This company is obviously poorly managed and is not an honorable business. They violated their own terms of service posted on their website.
I recommend the Thomaston Ave location if you want to waste $27. I got their Platinum car wash. I had to wash the car all over again when I got home. They get one star for using water, at least they got that part right!
Went to get my car washed today just to come home to find a piece of duct tape on the front right of my car. When I pulled the duct tape off I noticed that the car was falling apart. There is also a huge scratch on the entire right side of my car. Highly disappointed with what happened here.
Top flight , guys are always great in every location from new milford to milford to both in Waterbury and bantam ct . I don’t trust my car to any other wash !!!
They damaged our car- we watched the side skirt fall off in the car wash and lost all of the clips. When the car came out of the wash- they all dried it and 6 employees just walked away from us and didn't even bother to help us fix it or search for the missing clips. We will never return and are so disgusted with the customer service there.
