They were okay last season, but this year they have stopped answering their phone. They don't have a Google Maps presence, they don't have a website, they don't accept credit cards.
I love them!!
I am not happy with the service of this company at all. My yard is full of weeds while my next door neighbor has the same service and her yard looks great. I had the same problem with them last year and they got better but I am done with them. My wife told me a man came to our door and put an invoice from Personal Touch on our doorknob. He did no work. This was last year . I believe they are based out of Broken Arrow and probably don't like coming to Glenpool for the few jobs they have here
I received an invoice from this company and I paid. However, we continued to have weeds / issues. When we investigated, the landscaper drove up and put a sign in our yard but did not actually service our yard. Between my husband and I, we have called this business 7 times and left messages. Someone finally called my husband back and said they would make it right. It’s now been a month and we never heard from them again.
I absolutely love Kyle & the guys! Been with them for more than 12yrs. Kyle saved our lawn! We’ve recommended his company to two of our neighbors & our family.
