High prices
Horrible experience. We’ve used Lowes before and had a wonderful experience with the previous installer. This installer sent out a crew of what looked to be a bunch of friends who weren’t all supposed to be there to get the job done fast. Gaps all by the walls, cut out squares of carpet and glued back together. Complete hack job. After a year of calling constantly finally Lowe’s made them come back out and reinstall. This company installed flooring throughout my house in late March 2013. They have a 12 month installation guarantee and I will be the first to admit that I didn't contact Lowe's about it till the 18th month. I got very ill right after the floor was installed and two months later my brother was killed in a car accident. I spent the whole rest of 2013 going to therapy 6 days a week.
