Fantastic !!! I could Not be Any Happy with THe Outstanding Job Chris did for our Home... My Wife Is Very Happy with how bright and Clean Our Carpet came out. Ya See we Have a very small Dog and she has a few accidents here an there, at 3 lbs it aint much but it can add up. Chris the Pro at Personal Touch Pretreated the suspect areas, No more Suspect areas, All Clean and Smells Great a nice Clean Fresh Scent... My carpet was filthy with a large dog and two boys in the home. I had neglected the carpet and was not looking for a miracle, but got one! I have hired other companies in the past and have been dissapointed. I have done it myself renting a cleaner, but nothing compares to personal touch. I thought his "enzime treatment" would be a gimmick, but it was not! Don't hesitate based on the low number of reviews, hire him and you will not regret it. Awesome! Friendly and professional service. The gentlemen where efficient and did a great job. I worry about people coming into my home, but they made me feel comfort and at ease. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service and great price!

Wow... I have always used modernistic for my carpet needs for over ten years. I had pet stains which would not come out. I stepped out on a limb to try someone different and I'm so glad I did. Pet stains came out !!!!! My home smelled so good I could not believe it. The tech was very Professional , they even do a follow up call, to make sure everything worked out...Also there are no travel fees. I always say "where did the customer service go"? It's at personal Touch!!!! Thank You guys I can't thank you enough!!

Personal Touch did such a great job! After they were done cleaning my carpet, it was spotless and smelled like new. Would recommend this company to anyone with carpet cleaning needs. They are quick and professional.

First time using them and I have to say I am so happy with the results. Had a coffee stain that I did not think would come out of my light tan carpet and you cannot even tell it was ever there.

A couple of weeks ago I came home to quite a mess from my dog. I called Personal Touch & they gave me tips on treating the stains until they showed up, when they arrived to my home they were very profesional and knowledgeble on how to take care of the situation. When they left my carpets looked & smelled great, & still do today I would refer this company to everyone I know. Thank You Personal Touch for a job well done!
