It took 3 hours to do my nails and the nail gel polish is lumpy. I loved the tech but I can't spend three hours getting my nails done with by busy schedule. Also the price was high, I get the same nails at home for $38. Like I said the tech was awesome to talk to but it just took way to long. Fast forward 1 week my nails were grinded so thin that all of my nails broke off. Not only that, it's taken me almost three months for my nails to strengthen enough to grow them again.

The most money I have ever spent on my hair and its never looked worse or been more damaged. Stylist used incorrect products on my hair causing excessive damage and multiple rounds of correction attempts. She didn't even cut my hair evenly. Absolutely horrifying that this establishment considers themselves as professionals. Cherry on top? After robbing me blind for destroying my hair, Janet ghosted me.
