I'd give them zero stars if possible. The owner of this company is rude, sarcastic, and ugly to customers. Given the fact that he had already filled out a drink for a local dj. I had gone up to ask for some waters for the band and maybe a sprite for the carbonation. He waiting until I finished asking to say. We don't start serving until six. Thank you for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. We’re so grateful for Doug and The Personal Touch team for helping bring our vision to life and creating such a memorable experience. Our backdrop and dance floor were stunning!
We used this company for our wedding over the weekend. We used their bartending services. Doug was so easy to work with and anytime I reached out he was quick to respond and clear with his responses. They came and set up the day before at my venue and they made our bar look very nice! Our bartender Mary was very professional and very nice to our guests! Doug and his bartenders were absolutely amazing to work with. Not only were the price points great, but at the first meeting to figure out what we wanted, Doug was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. Closer to the wedding, my in-laws had a few questions, and Doug was very accommodating in answering said questions and also removing alcohol that we didn't need after all. When we met to discuss packages for our wedding. Doug was very informative and knew exactly what he was talking about dealing with Consumption and how much guests will be drinking. Pricing was incredible as well. At the wedding, we (bride/groom) didn't have to say a word and he knew what drinks we needed. Also, the week of the wedding he had leftover of a specialty drink mix and he added thay in. That was a major hit! Service was absolutely incredible! Will recommend for any type of event. Will be using him for future events
