Doesn't do the job right, and then blames the customer. Had them over to do a simple sprinkler blowout for the winter. They promise a full system inspection (lines and filters) as part of their basic service. After completing the blowout I asked the worker (Gary) to confirm that he had done the inspection, he said he did, checked it off on the form, but when I asked him to show me the areas he inspected, it turned out he had not actually inspected or even removed the filter and it had a hole in it.
