Adam is an amazing. He really helps you understand yourself, what makes you tick and why you do the things you do. He’s incredibly patient and works at a pace that feels right, so it never feels rushed or overwhelming. There’s a bit of “homework,” but it’s by no means a chore. It's more of an extended self-reflection that ultimately helps you see yourself and the world differently. He creates a really supportive and comfortable space, making it easy to open up and grow.
Adam is, by far, the best psychologist I've seen - he is professional and able to quickly identify and address root causes. There are no unhelpful worksheets or printouts and instead, many practical and useful strategies. My life has significantly improved and I couldn't be more grateful for Adam.
