They started me on medication which I did not tolerate due to side effects and they didn't even give me other alternatives they just told me medication is not for me and they discharged me. They are all about the money. No empathy whatsoever

Hello Folks......I wanted to leave a short and concise message. I hope this 299 Carew st location is not about the office Called "Post primary". I have been with them before they moved here after my previous PCP retired. My experience after they moved to Mercy has been horrible. I have not been able to see them or get my refiles for the past 5 months. Sadly, the one person who use to be polite has quit and the last person i talked to was so rude to me over the speaker phone that my kids advised to to leave and find a new Doc... read more
I’m a newer patient and I feel very well taken care of already. I don’t feel rushed, they are taking the time to ensure I’m getting the correct care and I feel very comfortable and respected!
I love this practice! The nurse practitioner I saw today was so professional and he also made me feel so calm and not worried.
