Hassan is great but the office staff is terrible. They don’t get back to you when you leave messages. They don’t help you with insurance concerns and I don’t think they understand how to process insurance claims properly. I had to do all my own leg work to get a Rx processed through Medicare and still is unresolved. I would not go back.
I always have the best appointments here. Everyone is always so nice. They are caring and understanding. I never feel rushed. My questions are always answered. It is refreshing to have just a great Healthcare team on your side.
It you have been trying to figure out what is going on with you medically, don’t bother coming to this place. They will treat you horribly
They started me on medication which I did not tolerate due to side effects and they didn't even give me other alternatives they just told me medication is not for me and they discharged me. They are all about the money. No empathy whatsoever
