Hello Folks......I wanted to leave a short and concise message. I hope this 299 Carew st location is not about the office Called "Post primary". I have been with them before they moved here after my previous PCP retired. My experience after they moved to Mercy has been horrible. I have not been able to see them or get my refiles for the past 5 months. I’m a newer patient and I feel very well taken care of already. I don’t feel rushed, they are taking the time to ensure I’m getting the correct care and I feel very comfortable and respected!
I love this practice! The nurse practitioner I saw today was so professional and he also made me feel so calm and not worried.
My experience with a staff member named Kiersten was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, she was very unprofessional and did not seem adequately prepared for her role. Communication was unclear, questions went unanswered, and the overall interaction felt dismissive and poorly handled. I left feeling frustrated. This office seriously needs better training and professionalism from staff who interact directly with patients.
