Highly recommend Personal Pilates Plus. The instructors are well trained, put together thoughtful class plans and provide corrections where needed. I always walk away feeling well challenged and love the way it works every part of your body.

Top notch studio and instructors. I've taken private and group classes with Katie and her team for over a year now. Great instruction and I always get the attention I need during class and private sessions. My back and neck pain has improved, and I highly suggest job visiting Katie and her team.
Good lighting, kind instructors, size of the class is not intimidating, cleanliness, pretty interior, good pricing.
