Renee is one of the most knowledgeable instructors I’ve ever come across! Each class is carefully planned for each individuals needs! I always feel like I get so much personal attention and she knows when and how to modify anytime I have any type of injury or issue! She’s a very sincere, warm and friendly person, the absolute best! If you’re looking for Pilates in the upper saddle river area, she’s definitely your girl!

I do not exercise, and I am not a fit person. I actually hate it! It makes me cranky. I was told to try Personal Pilates by Renee. I rolled my eyes and made a face. My friend bought me a gift certificate so I had to go. Well....a month later I am in love! She is amazing, personable, encouraging, patient, and understanding. Renee is amazing. I am a beginner and I didn’t feel judged and found her motivational and encouraging. I’ve had trouble sticking programs in the past but genuinely enjoy the workout. Highly recommend
