Such an amazing and supportive training centre to be a part of. So many classes to choose from to suit everyone's goals. I have been doing PT with Nikki past few months and absolutely loving it. Nikki finds a way to push me and motivate me when I want to give up in a supportive and encouraging manner that makes me hit and exceed my goals and expectations. I look forward to my sessions with Nikki each week.
