10/10 great service and communication!! Bobby was great helped us through the process and had the car done same day.
Came to fix part of the lift. Chad was amazing and helpful showing me everything that wasn’t shown when the bus was purchased. Chad and Bobby took their time to make sure everything was understood. Amazing customer service. 100/10. Would drive the 2 hours for their service everytime.
We had an issue with the ramp not opening. Called Ams they told us closet to get fixed was Chicago. Then we found Personal Mobilty in Peoria. So grateful What an amazing staff. We will be customers for life.

What a wonderful experience I had with Personal Mobility. I was a caregiver for a new wheelchair user in a time of need. We had a doctor's appointment, and we wanted to rent a vehicle before buying one. The day went smoothly, and Bobby Lee walked me through everything about the car and was polite and friendly.
