Horrendous auto insurance service. It took 3 hrs on hold to insure my car. I have been with this insurance company for many years. The on line agents have huge turn over. There are always new agents that do not know what to do. It is basically a chance if you run into a bad agent and are unable to insure your car. Or you get a good agent and you are done in 20 min. Today it took 3 agents and 3 hours to insure my car. Disrespecrfull and untrained agents.
Absolutely pathetic of a company.... get boat damages and make my first claim ever... damages on the boat come in at 7k with labour included... They offer me 1600$... what a joke of a company... I have 2 boats, 1 ATV, 1 side by side, 1 jeep wrangler, a Kia Carnival, a few trailers and home insurance all with them and pay upwards of 600$ a month... and then they send me a joke of an offer... I told them to cancel my claim and I'll gladly go elsewhere and pay for the damages myself instead of getting 1.6k and then pay a 1k ded... read more

Hi dear Thank you for trying to reach for a one time and I wasn’t ready for you. One time and you are threatening me to cancel my policy so I’m sorry that you had to make that effort after all this history with you. Anyway the issue has been regulated and everything is fine now. I’ll make sure to change my service to a more loyal and better company that they appreciate their clients.
Very bad experience. We own a condo in Montreal on Union Ave and was rented out when bought. Now as we take possession, this company wants to charge more for the fact that the tenant is moving out! Difficult to talk any sense into these people. Their new premium was doubling the market average (did they have a business loss last year?). To add the final insult to the injury, when we called back to cancel the insurance policy, they refused to provide the full amount as shown in their own document about what the refund should ... read more
