I am an OT that deals with regular home modifications in the aged space. PIP have been a delight to work with in terms of communication, problem-solving and quality of work. The team has always been willing to discuss any queries that has expanded my knowledge and are easy to speak to. They also regularly send through photos of completed work which is always rewarding to see. Definitely a great and hardworking team.
Went above and beyond in ensuring a client had access to a careport portable bathroom/toilet for as long as was needed whilst complex home mods were undertaken. They were empathetic, organized, and communicated very well. Highly recommend.
