This agency has the most caring and dedicated staff ever! I highly recommend this home care agency.
Very unsatisfied. Half the time the aides don't show up and when they do, most of them spend more time on their phones than they do helping the client. They don't cook, don't clean and mostly give sponge baths. This client is 100 and deserves so much better care. Hope they're not getting paid when the aides don't show up. I'm here with my nephew now, he can't walk and limited movement and he hasn't had a nurse in 2 days.
In researching assistance for my mother, I have dealt with Beth of Personal HomeCare. She has such a patient, understanding, and kind professional demeanor. It is so refreshing to find an organization who hires office personnel to represent their values so well!
