I've had hearing test in the past BUT this one went way above. Debra has H.A.S. (Hearing Aid Specialist) but it should have been Doctor. She explained so much about the working of my hearing loss that I has never been shared with me. Her knowledge of the field is incredible. I am not person to write a review. I have put stars on reviews before but this is a first for a written review. I can't say enough about her professionalism and knowledge.
Debbie was very kind and courteous. Also very professional. She took care of my problem with my Phonak Hearing Aid. I was very pleased. Thank you Debbie!!
I am very impressed with Debbie and with Widex technical support. Debbie spent close to 30 minutes on the phone and her computer in order to have my hearing aids paired correctly. I was not charged for this visit or that service. I recommend her without hesitation.
Debbie Adair is fantastic, professional and extremely efficient. Kudos to her for her patience, kindness and competency.
