As a new patient, I sat in a room for 45 minutes without being seen by a doctor, or even being checked in on by anyone else on the staff. As I walked out, one of the staff asked "have to leave?", I said yes, and she shrugged before going back to doing nothing. If I could leave zero starts, I would. Is this any way to treat new patients?

Dr. Korkigian is simply great. First, he pulls no punches giving his expert diagnosis and opinion. He's forthright and informative. It's a bonus that he always has a pleasant demeanor and is upbeat and funny. His office staff are absolutely the best. Jamie, Dawn, Sherry, and Adrianne have never been anything but kind, patient, and understanding. They truly make a patient feel special, cared for, and well looked after. Worst customer experience ever! My wife was 2 minutes late for her appointment and the front desk ladies talked about her behind her back loud enough that everyone in the waiting room could hear. Then they send me home for being "late" to my appointment because they didn't write down the proper time on the business card they gave me (I made it home and found the card to verify the time they wrote down before my actual appointment time).
