You better hope you don't go into default on your loan because they will straight up send it right to their attorney without letting you get caught up on the past due. They're liars!! Settled out of court on the loan paid a lump sum and signed an agreement with them to go back to paying our monthly payment after getting caught up... and 8 months later... get another court date for default judgment on the loan even though we have made our payments on time. For this place to be a business and professional, they fail! Not mad that we didn't get approved because we did but the customer service from the ladies there is as dry and UNPROFESSIONAL as it gets. very rude!

This has been the easiest lending process I've ever dealt with. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I don't feel pressured about anything. Would totally do business again with them.
If I could give zeor stars I would because it has been 3 weeks and still no call back about a loan and when I would call to check on my loan they would say let me look and see what is going on and we will give you call right back they never called so if you are trying to help your credit by getting a loan don't try and get one here back you will never get it.
