Quality of customer service was poor from Michelle. I missed my payment date due to me have been back n fourth outta town while my father had been ill (non covid related). I called to explain my reason of forgetting but all I got a sarcastic statement from Michelle about if I don't call and ask for an extension how are they supposed to know. Started off ok, but I was overall disappointed. I kept in communication, even during difficult times. However when I needed assistance the most, I dont think I was treated right. Manager kept putting me off on assistant. When she could have handled it. A person never forgets how you make them feel. Glade I paid off & took my buisness elsewhere. Everything happens for a reason. Pay attention to how people treat you. Well leason learned. 🙏
