When I tell you we book with Chef Cal often because he IS THE BEST !!!!! I haven’t had a single thing I didn’t want again! The crispy rice is to die for and don’t get me started on the lemon pepper wings! The smoking watermelon is iconic! Literally everything he makes is amazing all the way down to the presentation and his wonderful energy. Not only is he an amazing chef but he is an AMAZING person and we are always thankful for the Chef Cal experience!

I’ve known Chef Cal now for about 10 years. From where he started to where he is today is incredibly awe inspiring! His determination and will to be the best Private Chef exudes from him just like the flavor and passion he cooks with. He uses only the finest ingredients and is always professional and courteous.
