I contacted Adam to create a menu for my parents 50th wedding anniversary, he did an AMAZING job! My mom said the meal he prepared and served was the BEST she’s had in a long time! She wanted to lick the plate clean! The appetizer was phenomenal- and she doesn’t care for oysters but said she ate so many she barely had room for dinner and dessert. We used Adam as part of our marathon training plan. We could not have ran the race as well as we did without his food and nutritional advice!!! His food was always delicious and our kitchen spotless when he left. Adam prepared us low carb and vegetarian meals, and catered to all requests.
