We had a great experience with Personal Care. I am picky, especially about care for my elderly Mom, & was really overwhelmed (thus disorganized/flaky) & they were very patient with me. I could speak to their staff & schedule easily. I also had an outstanding invoice that I had overlooked & they didn’t bug me at all (like some others might have). The caregivers they sent were very good.

Each and every lady that was sent to attend Joann for 12 hours each night was excellent. They were kind when needed and firm when needed. I could not have asked for better.

Wow. We started with Personal Care back in November. I was scared and worried about getting care for my cousin who needed 24/7 care. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company. Professionalism, honor and ultimate care for my precious cousin. They are quick, courteous and always available to help. The team has shown me time and time again that I have nothing to worry about while they are on the case. I can't recommend them enough.
