Each and every lady that was sent to attend Joann for 12 hours each night was excellent. They were kind when needed and firm when needed. I could not have asked for better.

Wow. We started with Personal Care back in November. I was scared and worried about getting care for my cousin who needed 24/7 care. This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company. Professionalism, honor and ultimate care for my precious cousin. They are quick, courteous and always available to help. The team has shown me time and time again that I have nothing to worry about while they are on the case. I can't recommend them enough.
I called Personal Care on a Saturday when my wife was getting discharged from the hospital, and they were able to provide 24/7 care for her starting that night! On a Saturday! I continued to have 24/7 care for many weeks thereafter, and the caregivers were wonderful. If my wife was not comfortable with one of the CNAs for some reason, Personal Care would not send them back again.
