Came in for a vehicle inspection. Made the appointment weeks ago. Told by Dan today that they were behind schedule so my appointment time couldn’t be honoured. No apology whatsoever. Made to wait far too long before my vehicle was even looked at. Classy. Would have appreciated a phone call prior to driving across town for the scheduled appointment slot only to sit for a couple of hours. I’ve been a customer for years and normally had a great experience, but the last three weeks trying to get an inspection sticker put on my car has been brutal. Started out by telling me I needed back brakes and two sway link bars. I took the car somewhere else to have the work done, brought it back, and was told the wrong sway link bars were installed.
