I asked to speak to a supervisor . I was transferred to a voicemail and left a message. No one ever bothered to call me back and it has been 3 weeks. They do not seem to care about your concerns at all. All these bad reviews on here with no response. You see they could care less about us!
Awful. They are there to pick up a paycheck and obviously don't care about the people they are supposed to be helping. Very sad.
PASC has some very visceral problems, they are supposed to be a helpful organisation for Ihss recipients and providers, however they have some very very rude and unhelpful employees. They also have some very nice employees, Walter is wonderful and very helpful. There are problems with their backup provider program, having a disability doesn’t stop on the weekends and you cannot get a backup provider on the weekends unless you call on a Friday morning and we’re lucky enough that they can find a back up. I called the PASC office very rude Mexican guy no knowledge what I was talking about, PASC need to put people that can help you not talk stupid to you poor customer service
