Fantastic company, great service.
Been trying to call and see about expediting this process but I guess I'll just have to wait until May for them to call me. Tried calling multiple times with the listed number and it just rings and rings.
Horrible experience dealing with this company. If you care about your employees, do not contract with them. Their resources are very limited. Every interaction I had with them was disorganized, confusing, and unhelpful. They refuse to recruit providers to their network and only offer very limited options through complicated processes. You might as well not have an EAP for your employees. Waste of time and money.
