Don’t book here, my fiancé booked and paid a deposit and when we arrived no one was there. Tried calling and the phones are going to voice mail. We had to go to the company downstairs and they was able to call the owner. After speaking with her she did not seem apologetic, not even a sorry. Didnt offer anything for wasting our time for their mishap bad customer service and after reading the other reviews it seem like they dont care. They wont be open long.
This is the butler suite private spa location , You see the reviews run away from this place . Terrible customer service very unprofessional I don’t recommend they’ll take your money online and not show up to your appointment
