Made my mother look beautiful – From the first conversation they were very understanding and compassionate. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all. Allowed us to set up some tea for the viewing service we had in the evening and again she looked so good. Thanks
Wonderful Experience – This is the second time we have used their services. The fist time was in 2006 when my beloved mother-in-law passed away. Sadly, we had to use them again just a week ago. Caring and Professional – Starting with the first call to them, they answered their phones promptly after hours (7 PM), answered all our questions and eased our concerns. When my mom finally passed the directors who came to our house were very caring and professional. All contact with Personal Alternative was top rate and their prices were the lowest we could find.
