I had a terrible experience with this doctor! Or better say with his office! Visited him in Schaumburg location. Called before my appointment to check if they accept my insurance since I don't have deductible and I am 100% covered. Sent them a photo of my insurance card. They confirmed we are in-network. When I came to see the doctor he requested me to pay for the visit.
