I called regarding a health issue and was considering the plan but they told me I would have to pay 2 months in advance which I was okay with until they told me that I would be paying full amount for the current month that only has 7 days left in the month and that they wouldn’t pro rate it. Just beware if signing up for the membership! An ethical doctor would have pro rated the amount not required the full amount for the time I wasn’t even a patient.
Dr Sohby is the most compassionate and congenial MD I have ever met. Truly. He is good at what he does and the office staff so very helpful and kind. He is my regular doctor. You can’t do better!
I’ve been a patient at Persona MD for several years, and Dr. Sobhy has consistently been an outstanding physician.
