Amazing service. I got my ring resized and it was a great experience. Came out perfect and was so sparkly clean!
I did not have a good experience. I brought my watch in to have a link added. I felt disrespected and taken advantage of. The $50 cost was considerably higher than internet estimates for a "few minute" fix as suggested by my query. I have had other estimates where their price was over 5x the alternative I finally selected. The final work was fine, the price and experience were not.
I had a pair of earrings that needed the posts shortened, and I’d heard great things about Persona Jewelry from my brother in law. The store is beautiful and cozy, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and Gary did an amazing job altering my earrings. I even received them sooner than expected! I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs
Gary and his team were very patient with me, and crafted a beautiful custom design using some family heirlooms. The end result is lovely!
